Dear friends,as Kenny Molly's sister, i am asking for your help.

Kenny will be known to the metalheads among you as the vocalist for the metal bands Sanity's Rage and Tensor or of Black Molly Design. Some perhaps only as the man with long hair and the cossack boots.

Their (ex) partner has a brain condition know as Aphasia (www.afasie .be)as a result of a brain aneurysm over 10 years ago.

After a coma and long period of rehabilitation in the hospital ,my brother decided to put his career and social life aside and take on full responsibility for her care .

Now ten years later,she has decided to file for divorce unilaterally- and yes i can hear you think wondering can she do that?In Belgium and with the “ right" lawyer it is possible,even if the person in question can barely whrite and can barely string a sentence togheter.

Given the highly complex situation associated with this condition Kenny was compelled to turn to a law firm with the necessary expertise.

The houly wage of these lawyers is terefor substantial. However, it is essential to handle this lawsuit in a human,safe and constructive manner.

The legal system makes it nearly impossible for people with limited financial means to be represented by knowleged lawyers.

On top of that ,there are concerns about his young son,who has a kidney condition named nephrotic proteïnuria.
