Metalheads and peers among you will know Kenny as the vocalist for the metal bands Sanity's Rage and Tensor,or from Black Molly Desingn,his graphic design work.Some perhaps only as the man with long hair and the army boots.

Their (ex) partner has a brain condition know as Aphasia (www.afasie .be)as a result of a brain aneurysm over 10 years ago.

After a coma and long period of rehabilitation in the hospital ,my brother decided to put his career and social life aside and take on full responsibility for her care .

Now ten years later,and with the support of her family,who fail the acknowledge the effect of her brain injury, she has decided to file for divorce unilaterally. 

Afther the physical and mental strain on the family,and especially on their young son of 6,became too much to manage for Kenny,she had to be commited to a facility for people whit an acquired brain injury while searching for a permenant solution in the form of external support for the family. 

After years of troubled development due to the difficult relationship with his mother,because of her condition,the boy developed a kidney condition know as nephrotic proteïnuria and had to avoid stress at all cost. 

You may wonder how someone with very limit communication skills, severe cognitive problems and clear disrupted sensibilities can start a legal procedure on response to this…In Belgium and with the “ right” lawyer it is possible.

Given the highly complex situation associated with this condition Kenny was compelled to turn to a law firm with the necessary expertise.

The hourly wage of these lawyers is substantial. However, it is essential to handle this lawsuit in a human,safe and constructive manner for the future of their son,she herself,as well as to ensure everyone's interests are respected.

The legal system makes it nearly impossible for people with limited financial means to be represented by specialized lawyers. 

For these reasons ,i am making this appeal to anyone who can and wishes to contribute to tis cause!
