Loay is 22. He lives in Gaza with six family members and a pile of problems no kid should have to deal with. He’s been injured twice, in the hands and feet, and the pain hasn’t let up.

His father took a hit too. He can’t walk properly, and neither of them can work. The whole family’s in a tent now, scraping by with no clean water, no reliable food, and no healthcare.

Smoke from the cooking fire fills the air inside. There’s no proper ventilation, just cloth and plastic. Breathing is hard, especially for the younger kids.

Loay doesn’t want pity. He wants to stand again, work, and take care of his family. Right now, even small things like painkillers or clean socks are out of reach.

The money from this fundraiser goes toward the basics: food, medical help, hygiene, and anything that lets this family hold on a little longer without slipping further into crisis.

If you've ever wondered what it looks like when a system fails someone, this is it. Loay’s not asking for much, just the chance to heal without smoke in his lungs and pain in his feet.
