Help Yousef Pay His Immigration Legal Fees and Support His Family
Help a Palestinian refugee, in deportation detention in the Netherlands, pay a lawyer and support his family at home
Yousef is a Palestinian refugee in the Netherlands. He spent many years in the Netherlands fighting his asylum case. He had to flee Jordan, where he was living at that point, as he had been politically targeted by the Jordanian government for his activism for the Palestinian cause.
When in the Netherlands, he has kept showing up tirelessly for the Palestinian cause. Yousef is currently held in deportation detention in the Netherlands, while he is still fighting for his immigration status. He desperately needs funds for his legal fees.
He has also been the only provider for his family in Jordan. Even throughout all the struggles he had to endure in the Netherlands, he has worked several jobs at the same time, to provide for his relatives. The Jordanian dinar is one of the most expensive currencies in the world, and his relatives rely on the money he sends them to pay rent and food, which are both very costly. Without the money, they risk remaining homeless and hungry.
We ask all the free people who believe in justice for Palestine and Palestinians to donate anything they can spare. Anything helps Yousef and his family.
Thank you and may peace be upon you.
