During a cultural exchange in the Netherlands we were scammed by an airline and we ask for support

On December 12, 2024, Mitsu Leon from Peru and Yani Tania from Argentina flew to the Netherlands especially to share their ancestral traditions.
The knowledge, healing and connection that we have received is close to our hearts.
In order to pay for the plane tickets, we booked tickets in good faith through a smaller airline at the time. Unfortunately, our trust was damaged and the airline did not act with integrity.
To our great regret and shock, Mitsu and Yani were unable to leave the Netherlands when they were informed that the tickets for the return flight had not been transferred from the bank to KLM.
We have made many efforts to find a solution, both legally and through mediation with the airline. Nevertheless, we have not been able to declare the extra paid plane tickets. Since the airline, called First One Viagens, is located in Brazil, this is extra complex.
We are asking for a financial contribution so that the loss we suffered from the extra plane tickets can be recovered. With your contributions you also help the spiritual community Machi Hampi in Peru, where they live.

The intention is to mainly support and work together with the indigenous cultures. During the ceremony we receive the blessings , teachings and healings from the spirits and ancestors, pajé's and sacred medicine. In return we help them with our devotion and financial support where we can.
