Hi, i had no choice to start this. But I've worked for 5 weeks. Now my employer refuses to pay me. He says I didn't make the targets only if the sales are final i had right to the money. I reached out to a lawyer and he told me that the actions of the employer are legally not correct and I have a right to be paid. But I dont have the money to start a legal process against him. My hands are tied. I need money as a single mom to pay the bills for this month. I have a 2 year old and living here without any family. I stopped working for him after he refuses to pay me.
