I'm a mother of six children in Gaza. During this war, we've been forced to move many times. Each time we ran, we lost everything we had and started over with nothing.

The Israeli forces took my husband to prison. When he came back, he was very sick. Now he has an illness that never goes away. He can't work. He can't help the family. I have to take care of him and all six children by myself.

My children and I have lived through terrible things, bombs every day, the fear of dying, hunger, and pain we can't forget. We've spent nights with no food, no electricity, no clean water. It's hard to explain how bad it is.

Now winter is here, and things are worse. We live in old tents with holes in them. They don't keep out the cold or rain. My children are cold all night, and I can't do anything to help them. We only have thin blankets.

I'm asking for something basic, a real tent that works. A safe place to keep my children warm this winter. I'm not asking for comfort. Just survival.
