A call for help for my family
Hello, I am a girl from Gaza.
Be the first to support this fundraiser!
Hello,
I am a girl from Gaza.. My mother and father were in Gaza and they are elderly people
Before the seventh of October, they were.living in Gaza in their home, but after the seventh of October, they were forced to flee to more than one place, from the Abasan area to Khan Yunis, then to Rafah.
At first they had to go to schools, as there was no place for stability, treatment, or health, and there was no water or electricity.
My father is an old man, as he suffers from diseases, but there is no treatment for him due to the conditions in Gaza, and his condition has worsened due to the lack of care in schools.
My mother suffers from chest diseases and allergies, and she needs needles for treatment, and her condition has also worsened
My mother and father were sleeping in their house, and with only 5 minutes between them and death, they managed to escape from their house to the city of Khan Yunis, where the house was bombed and became rubble. They do not have a breadwinner, even a monthly income, and prices in Gaza are very expensive.
News channels and social media do not fully reflect the sad reality in Gaza; Medical care is almost non-existent, the spread of unusual diseases and epidemics, the phenomenon of standing in queues to secure the necessities of food and drink, living inside tents in the extreme cold season, the contamination of drinking water that has caused us problems in the digestive system, and the difficulty of obtaining medicine for the simplest illnesses that we face. And hearing the sound of bombs continuously without stopping for several days.
They do not convey how dangerous it is. Bombing is all around us, and we could face death at any moment. It also does not convey how, more than 115 days ago, we woke up to the terrible sounds of war, and the first thing that comes to my mind is whether or not you will survive today, and I pray to God that nothing bad will happen to you. And your lover from all the bombing. You cannot understand the negative effects that the war had on us, or the enormity of the panic attacks that we suffered and still do.
So we created an account here because we are desperate to feel alive again and we do not want to continue living in these conditions full of fear and death.
That is why I am writing to you here, because we fear that the war will steal something else from us just as it stole and destroyed our home, and I do not want to see death approaching us more and more every day or even steal anyone from my family, and I do not want to get used to the sound of war machines and the bombing that I hear now as I write.
It's a call for help, and I'm reaching out to you, our potential lifeline. Your contribution can help us break free from Gaza's grip, paving the way for my family to rebuild in a safer and brighter future.
