Hello, my name is Saeed, a Palestinian from Gaza. I am 37 years old, carrying the burden of a small family struggling to survive under harsh conditions. I have three children: Salma, the eldest, who is ten years old; Anas, who is only eight; and Zain, the youngest, just five, barely starting to understand life. But life here in Gaza is not life; it is a daily battle with hunger, poverty, and fear.

I cannot provide them with the simplest of rights. Diapers for Zain cost 20 shekels daily, a small amount for those who live in comfort, but for me, it is an unattainable dream. Food is something we search for every day as if it were buried treasure, and clean drinking water has become a luxury we often cannot afford.

We now live in a tent after our home in the Shujaiya neighborhood was destroyed. We once had a roof to protect us, but it collapsed along with our memories and the dreams of my children. Life in tents is no life at all; diseases spread quickly, and my wife, who suffers from asthma, struggles to breathe every night. My daughter Salma sleeps on a hard ground, Zain gets sick more often than he laughs, and Anas tries to show courage, but his eyes reveal his sadness.

My elderly mother suffers from diabetes and high blood pressure. She needs care and medicine that I cannot provide. My siblings live in other tents, scattered like us, all trying to endure, but life in Gaza is merciless.

I am now in a difficult situation with no escape. I write these words with a heavy heart, not asking for much, just a little that could help us survive. Each day here is a harsh test of humanity, and any help could mean the difference between life and death for my family.
