Help me leave my family

Help me leave my mentally abusive family who threaten to kick me out and unalive me. I have nowhere to go, no friends, no relatives and no funds… I’m paying off debt so I can not take out a loan to relocate somewhere safe. I‘m forced to live in a place where I can not sleep peacefully, I can’t take a quick shower because they are banging on the door and shutting off the hot water when I’m in there. I recently had a miscarriage so I’m still recovering and this is taking a heavy toll on me.
