Help Ruby en 3 kinderen hun huisje behouden
Ruby & kids worden op straat gezet, door ex omdat hij na 3 jaar niet omgekeken te hebben nu het huis per direct wilt verkopen
In 2019 is haar ex vertrokken. Zij draagt sindsdien de zorg voor 3 kinderen alleen. De 2 jongens, een tweeling, hebben beide een diagnose van autisme en adhd gekregen. De kinderen leven al 3 jaar dus in angst en onzekerheid over wat er gaat gebeuren.
De jongste van de tweeling gaat naar een speciale school en zou dus in de buurt moeten blijven wonen. De oudste van de tweeling gaat naar een normale school. Beide hebben nood aan routine, stabiliteit en rust. Teveel veranderingen in hun jonge leventje brengen heel veel schokken teweeg waardoor ze erg verdrietig, boos zijn en dit zou eigenlijk niet mogen.
De ex eist de verkoop van de ouderlijke woning en wilt zo vlug en zo snel mogelijk geld zien.
Dat de kinderen hun dak boven het hoofd verliezen maakt hem niks uit, aangezien hij hun al bijna 3 jaar niet meer gezien of gehoord heeft volgens zijn eigen woorden…
Ruby heeft altijd alles alleen behupt, altijd in teken van het welzijn van de kinderen. Psychologische hulp, medicatie, ziekenhuizen, school, alles.
Ze kan de hypotheek overnemen van de woonst en hem uit te kopen, maar loopt vast op een persoonlijke lening die ze gedaan hebben in 2018. De bank had gezegd dat de onderhoudsbijdrage die nu gevorderd is, genoeg is om die lening te compenseren, maar de ex zou deze elke maand op tijd moeten storten, dit voor zes maanden lang.
Hij weigert dus 6 maanden te wachten, hij is zelfs shady over de gevraagde 300 euro die er betaald zou moeten worden vanaf eind oktober. Lees nog eens: hij draagt al 3 jaar geen cent bij voor de kinderen en weigert nog steeds!!
Daarom deze crowdfunding. Om Ruby een kans te geven om haar huisje te houden en om zo de kinderen hun veilige plekje niet te laten verliezen…

Both of them are so needed to routine stability and peace, Too much changes in their young lives brings to many chocks. What means they become very upsaid and angry and this shouldn't happen to them.
The ex demands the sale of the house where they live in, because he needs money as soon as possible and as quick as possible. That the kids lose their much needed safe space and the roof above their heads is no concern to him, so he told, since he doesn’t have contact with them for the past 3 years now.
Ruby took care of everything herself for the welbeing of the children. Psychologists, medical care, hospitals, school, everything…
She can overtake the mortgage for the house and give him his cash, but she is stuck with a personal loan they both did in 2018. The bank told her that the alimony that is asked in court is enough to cover that part of that loan but her ex needs to deposit that every month for the next six months.
He refuses to wait for six months, even is shady about the 300 euros that should be payed, starting around end of October/November.
