More about us

Our group consists of a couple volunteers and we’re rescuing dogs in Bosnia and Serbia. Both countries have a really big problem with stray dogs and the situation here for dogs is heartbreaking, nobody looks out for them. We’re doing the best we can by offering a shelter, food and we cover any medical expenses, whatever they need in the moment, and also including sterilisation and vaccines. Once they’re healthy and happy, we try to find them a forever home. Mostly abroad. Because the mentality about dogs there is much more humane than it is here, unfortunately.
 

We are currently taking care of more than 70 dogs, including puppies. And we are already struggling with the costs of feeding all of them daily and the high medical bills we already have open at the vets for dogs who where in need of care. You can find a lot of our work on our website/facebookpage. We’re doing our best to gather donations/resources/support so we can keep helping dogs in need, please consider helping us help. Every little bit counts.

We are hoping to raise some funds for our case, Hope for Dogs. Rescuing dogs in need here is our mission, but the goal is that one day we don’t have to. But we can not do it alone. Together we are stronger.
