Evliyim ve 4 yaşında dünya tatlısı bir kızım var. 40 yaşıma henüz girmeden aldığım "Metastatik Meme Kanseri" teşhisi ile çok zor bir süreçten geçiyorum.
Kurtulma şansımı artırmak için, 17 Mayıs'ta İstanbul'da bir cerrahi operasyon geçirdim (bunu da kendim ödedim, faturaları güncelleme sayfasında bulabilirsiniz) ve 17 Haziran'da Almanya’da Dendritik Hücre tedavisine başladım (bu tedaviyi seçme sebeplerim ve tedaviye dair araştırma linklerini sayfanın sonunda bulabilirsiniz).
Tedavi toplamda 3 aşamalı olarak ortalama 6 ay kadar sürecek ve ne yazık ki sigorta şirketim bu büyük maliyeti (her aşama yaklaşık 32.000 euro ve toplamda 96.000 euro) karşılamayı reddetti. Bu nedenle uzun bir yasal sürece giriyoruz ve tedavi masraflarımı kendim ödemem gerekiyor.
Bu tedaviyi ödeyebilecek bir finansal gücümüz yok. Bunun yanında ilaçlar, konaklama, takviyeler, ek tedaviler gibi birçok harcamamız var. Bu nedenle, süreçte maddi olarak tükenmemek için bu bağış kampanyasını başlattım. Hatta tedavinin ilk aşamasını ertelemek zorunda kalmadan bağışlar sayesinde ödeyebildim. Bu yoğun destek bizi çok mutlu ediyor ve umut veriyor.

Dendritik Hücre Terapisine Genel Bakış
Bu tedavi temelde vücudun bağışıklık sistemini kanser tedavisine yönelik aktive eden bir yöntemler bütünü. Dendritik hücre tedavisinde hastadan alınan kandaki dendritik hücreler ayrıştırılıyor, laboratuvar ortamında bu hücrelere anormal hücreyi tanıma ve saldırma becerisi öğretiliyor ve yine kandaki T hücreleri binlerce adet çoğaltılarak hastanın kendi materyalinden bir aşı hazırlanmış oluyor. Bu aşı hastaya verildiğinde, bu hücreler vücudun tüm hücrelerini tek tek tarayarak anormal hücreleri bulup ortadan kaldırıyor. Bunu yaparken sağlıklı hücrelere hiçbir zarar verilmediği gibi yöntemin beklenen dramatik bir yan etkisi de yok. Etkinliği artırmak için tedavide ek olarak; lokal ve tüm vücut hipertermi, damar yolundan kişiye özel seçilmiş ilaçların ve takviyelerin verilmesi, ozon terapisi gibi yöntemler de kullanılıyor. Bu buluş ile 2011 yılında Dr. Ralph M. Steinman, Fizyoloji ve Tıp alanında Nobel ödülü kazanmıştır.

I am married and have a 4-year-old daughter who is the joy of my life. I am going through a very difficult time as I have been diagnosed with "Metastatic Breast Cancer" before I even turned 40.
To increase my chances of survival, I had a surgical operation in Istanbul on May 17 (I paid for this myself, you can find the invoices on the update page) and started Dendritic Cell therapy in Germany on June 17 (you can find the reasons why I chose this treatment and research links about the treatment at the end of the page).
The treatment will take a total of 3 stages of approximately 6 months and unfortunately my insurance company refused to cover this huge cost (approximately 32,000 euros per stage and 96,000 euros in total). Therefore, we are entering a long lasting legal process and I have to pay for my treatment expenses myself.
We do not have the financial means to pay for this treatment. Additionally, we have many other expenses such as medications, accommodation, supplements and additional treatments. Therefore, I started this fundraiser to avoid financial exhaustion during this process. Thanks to the donations, I was able to pay for the first stage of the treatment without having to postpone it. Overview of Dendritic Cell Therapy
This treatment essentially activates the body's immune system to target cancer. In dendritic cell therapy, dendritic cells from the patient's blood are isolated, trained in a laboratory to recognize and attack abnormal cells and thousands of T cells from the blood are multiplied to prepare a vaccine from the patient's own material. When this vaccine is given to the patient, these cells scan all the body's cells one by one, finding and eliminating abnormal cells. While doing this, they do not harm healthy cells and the method is expected to have no dramatic side effects. To increase its effectiveness, additional methods such as local and whole-body hyperthermia, intravenous administration of patient specific selected drugs and supplements and ozone therapy are also used. With this discovery, Dr. Ralph M. Steinman won the Nobel Prize in Physiology or Medicine in 2011.

Why I Chose This Method
- It is a non-toxic method that does not harm the body's healthy cells while eliminating cancer cells
- It works by activating the body's immune system, using the person's self-healing mechanism
- The medication, supplements and additional therapies are selected specifically for the individual and their diagnosis/condition
- Although it is still at the clinical trial stage in the Netherlands, it is a recognized method with high success rates in many countries

Ik ben net 40 geworden, ben getrouwd en heb een schattige dochter die nu pas 4 jaar oud is. Helaas stond mijn leven op zijn kop door de diagnose ‘Metastatische Borstkanker’ die ik onlangs kreeg.
Om mijn overlevingskansen te vergroten, heb ik op 17 mei een chirurgische operatie ondergaan in Istanbul (ik heb dit zelf betaald, je kunt de facturen op de updatepagina vinden) en ben ik op 17 juni begonnen met Dendritische Celtherapie in Duitsland (je kunt aan het einde van de pagina de redenen vinden waarom ik deze behandeling heb gekozen en de onderzoeklinks over de behandeling).
De behandeling bestaat uit 3 fasen en duurt in totaal ongeveer 6 maanden, en helaas betaalt mijn verzekering deze aanzienlijke kosten niet (ongeveer 32.000 euro per fase en in totaal 96.000 euro). Daarom gaan we een langdurig juridisch proces in en moet ik mijn behandelingskosten zelf betalen.
We hebben niet de financiële middelen om deze behandeling te betalen. Daarnaast hebben we veel andere kosten, zoals medicijnen, accommodatie, supplementen en aanvullende behandelingen. Daarom ben ik deze steunactie gestart om tijdens dit proces financiële uitputting te voorkomen. Dankzij de donaties kon ik de eerste fase van de behandeling betalen zonder deze te hoeven uitstellen. Overzicht van Dendritische Celtherapie
Deze behandeling activeert in wezen het immuunsysteem van het lichaam om kanker te bestrijden. Bij dendritische celtherapie worden dendritische cellen uit het bloed van de patiënt geïsoleerd, in een laboratorium getraind om abnormale cellen te herkennen en aan te vallen, en worden duizenden T-cellen uit het bloed vermenigvuldigd om een vaccin te bereiden uit het eigen materiaal van de patiënt. Wanneer dit vaccin aan de patiënt wordt gegeven, scannen deze cellen alle cellen van het lichaam één voor één, vinden en elimineren de abnormale cellen. Hierbij worden gezonde cellen niet beschadigd en de methode wordt verwacht geen dramatische bijwerkingen te hebben. Om de effectiviteit te vergroten, worden aanvullende methoden gebruikt, zoals lokale en volledige lichaams-hyperthermie, intraveneuze toediening van speciaal geselecteerde medicijnen en supplementen, en ozontherapie. Met deze ontdekking won Dr. Ralph M. Steinman in 2011 de Nobelprijs voor Fysiologie of Geneeskunde.

Waarom Ik Deze Methode Heb Gekozen
- Het is een niet-toxische methode die de gezonde cellen van het lichaam niet schaadt terwijl de kankercellen worden geëlimineerd
