Hi, My name is Charley and I am 29 years old. I have a beautiful son and a wonderful family. I am a very grateful person to God and I love to help those who need it. Today I come to tell you about this project, there is a beautiful property hidden in one of the most beautiful places in Costa Rica surrounded by nature and peace. I had the good fortune to live there because I started as a volunteer to plant and reforest forests and areas of Costa Rica, the property is called La Reserva Forest Fundation, we planted millions of saplings, I started as a volunteer and after a while they offered me to take care of the property and that's how I began to live my adolescence, my son grew up in that place far from cell phones or internet connections.After 7 years of living there, a so-called buyer came to want to buy the property. The owner told me that I had to vacate the area. Thankfully, I left. After 4 months, I realized that the person who was going to buy it was an imposter and in the end, I didn't have the money to buy it. The house was left in ruins and vandalism finished it off. Now it is part of the mountain. Currently, no one takes care of it and it is abandoned.  It hurts me a lot to see it like this since it is one of the most beautiful properties in Costa Rica with so much potential and nature, it has beautiful trails, landscapes and such beautiful places including a 350 year old Ceiba tree, super huge and full of life, I miss living there a lot and what I want most is to make this house habitable again and continue having the dream of my life living there, I can contact the owner directly in case of sale and get an incredible sale price. The house would need to buy a water pump, reinstall the electricity, restore the entire roof since some trees fell on it, apart from that the termites ate the entire interior, but the house is made of concrete and with my work knowledge and my few tools we are capable of repairing it, I just need help because I don't have money, I don't have rich parents and life has always been very hard here, taxes are very expensive but life and this place are too beautiful, please help me fulfill my dream with the least that comes from your heart, thank you very much, I promise to upload and update the photos and everything that is necessary
