Hi! I am Noor, 21 years old and in April, I will be racing HYROX Rotterdam, a race consisting of both running and strength. By doing this, I’d like to raise awareness and money for people affected by sexual violence.

In the last six months, sexual violence reports went up by 54%. This rise is partially due to stricter national laws, but still there are people who are too scared to ask for help. CSG provides free, confidential support to people affected by sexual violence. They offer medical, psychological and legal help and are available 24/7 for anyone who needs support after an unsafe or unwanted experience.
