This night, my world stopped 💔

My cat Codie was hit by a car and left on the side of the road. I found him alive, in shock, cold and badly injured. He is currently hospitalized in emergency care, where the veterinarians are doing everything they can to stabilize him and give him a chance to survive 🙏🏼

This first night of emergency care already costs 1,000€, including hospitalization and X-rays. If Codie needs surgery to survive, the cost will rise by an additional 2000€.

Since moving from Denmark to France, I don’t have close family nearby. Codie is not “just a cat” — he is my companion, my comfort, my family. He has been my constant presence through loneliness, change, and difficult moments.

Right now, my only focus is giving him the care he needs and the chance to live. I am doing everything I can, but I am not financially strong enough to face this situation alone.
