Hallo Allemaal,

Ik ben Thijs, ik ben 15 jaar zit in vwo 4 en kom uit Groningen. Ik heb er altijd al van gehouden om andere mensen te ontmoeten en de talen en culturen van andere te ontdekken. Mijn droom is hierdoor ook een jaar lang naar de Verenigde Staten gaan voor een “Exchange year”. Helaas zit hier een redelijke prijs aan verbonden €18.500 inclusief reiskosten, schoolkosten en het verblijf bij een gastgezin. Waarom is dit zo belangrijk voor mij? Het gaat mij niet alleen om de ervaring maar ook over de levenslessen en groei in zowel mijn sociale als taalvaardigheden. Ik vraag jullie hulp hierbij om mij mijn droom waar te kunnen maken. Elke bijdrage brengt me dichter bij mijn doel. Samen kunnen we deze unieke kans mogelijk maken. Alvast bedankt voor jullie steun!
