A queer black community member is in urgent need of $4300 for legal fees, to help in dealing with the racist and violent immigration system.

They have been the target of violent attacks by zionists for their support towards Palestinian liberation and has faced racism and discrimination at on the work place of her outspoken nature.

While she submitted all her required documents on time, her application has been rejected due to system “errors” and failures of the unmonitored immigration system .

Ultimately all she wants is to be able to continue the work she is doing as a health care professional, within our community. However she  is now looking at a lengthy legal battle.

Anything you can donate towards legal fees for our beloved community member would be appreciated.

All extra donations will go to her living expenses as she fights this long and tiresome battle as well as to other mutual aid and community based organizations.
