For my birthday this year, I’d really love to skip presents. If you were thinking of getting me something, I’d be so grateful if you could instead make a small donation to this fundraiser to help Ukrainians who are struggling without reliable access to energy and electricity.

News reports show that Ukrainian energy infrastructure has been so badly damaged this winter that hundreds of thousands of people are currently left without electricity and heating. 

I will use the money to make a donation to RePower Ukraine (https://repowerua.org), a charity geared to roll out emergency renewable energy to Ukrainians during the war and in the post-war period.
