Dance for Koolen-de Vries Syndrome
Dancing at ADE to raise awareness for Koolen-de Vries Syndrome, spreading hope and love for all families affected
During the Amsterdam Dance Event, we come together to raise awareness for Koolen-de Vries Syndrome (KDVS), a rare genetic condition that affects the daughter of our DJ, Artento Divini, along with many other children worldwide. KDVS can cause developmental delays, speech difficulties, low muscle tone (hypotonia) and feeding difficulties in infancy, seizures and heart defects, distinctive facial features, and challenges with behavior and learning.
These challenges affect not only the children but also their families every day. Through the universal language of music and dance, we aim to shine a light on this rare condition, spread hope, and create a supportive community for all families living with KDVS. Join us in turning beats into awareness, love, and positive change.
