A cultural exchange space for healing & connection.
Traditional Moroccan house with exceptional beach view.
A community space on the groundfloor that will be multinfunctional.
From traditional gnaoua evenings (Lila) to concerts by the artists in residence and art expositions.
The groundfloor will also have space for rehearsal and small artists ateliers.
The second floor will be the guesthouse for the artists in residence that will have a maximum capacity of 10 people.
Prices per night will be determined after the works necessary in the house.
The topfloor will be a covered berber terrace where yoga and Lila’s will be hosted on special occasions.
• Ayoub ElAyady
Since his young age in Casablanca, Ayoub was devoted to mastering the guimbri - three-string bass covered with camel skin.
Ayoub's determination brought him to acquiring the skills needed to be both performer and master of spiritual ceremonies.
He never stopped on his personal research to learn from the oldest masters of Morocco and gathering all kind of African inspirations.
• Liya (川久保 理恵)
A graphic designer, and batik artist with roots from Japan.
She has been working for legalization of medical cannabis.
Since two years she calls Essaouira her home and dreams of having a house, a shelter for people of various ways of life to connect and heal.
• Jaouad Alloul
Moroccan / Belgian theatre maker, musician, writer, singer.
His mission is to build bridges between different cultures through art & communication.
