Het doel van deze crowdfundingcampagne is om twee vrouwen, die moeilijkheden in het leven hebben ondervonden, de kans te geven hun vrijheid terug te krijgen.
Een moeder en dochter, respectievelijk 45 en 18 jaar oud, raakten invalide na een tragisch auto-ongeluk.
Na dertien operaties te hebben ondergaan en 10 maanden in het ziekenhuis te hebben gelegen, keerden ze terug naar huis in rolstoelen met elk een handicap van meer dan 85%. De moeder verloor beide benen boven de knie, terwijl de dochter een dwarslaesie opliep en nu verlamd is op C7-niveau.
Wonen in een huis dat niet is ontworpen voor mensen met een handicap, brengt veel uitdagingen met zich mee, maar de twee vrouwen zijn erin geslaagd te leven met alleen elkaars steun.
De moeder en dochter kunnen hun huis voor langere tijd niet verlaten, variërend van een tot vier jaar (!), wegens het ontbreken van een voertuig. Hierdoor voelen ze zich geïsoleerd en opgesloten, wat een negatieve invloed heeft gehad op hun fysieke en emotionele welzijn.
Om wat vreugde en geluk in hun leven te brengen, hebben we besloten om deze crowdfunding-campagne te starten. Ons doel is om genoeg geld in te zamelen om een voertuig te kopen dat is uitgerust om aan hun verschillende behoeften te voldoen en hen de vrijheid te geven om eindelijk hun huis te verlaten.
Activiteiten die we allemaal misschien als vanzelfsprekend beschouwen, zoals een wandeling in de zon, naar de dokter gaan, uit eten gaan met vrienden, sporten of een universitaire opleiding volgen, zijn voor hen niets minder dan een droom.
Zonder uw steun kan deze droom niet worden vervuld en we zijn u dankbaar voor alle hulp die u kunt bieden. Jouw bijdrage, hoe klein ook, kan een grote impact hebben! Door de campagne met anderen te delen, kunnen we deze twee vrouwen hoop en leven geven.

El objetivo de esta campaña de crowdfunding es brindar a dos mujeres, que han enfrentado dificultades en la vida, la oportunidad de recuperar su libertad.
Una madre y su hija, de 45 y 18 años respectivamente, quedaron discapacitadas después de un trágico accidente automovilístico.
Después de someterse a trece cirugías y pasar 10 meses en el hospital, regresaron a casa en sillas de ruedas con una discapacidad de más del 85% cada una. La madre perdió ambas piernas por encima de la rodilla, mientras que la hija sufrió una lesión en la médula espinal y ahora es cuadripléjica en el nivel C7.
Vivir en una casa que no está diseñada para personas con discapacidades presenta muchos desafíos, pero las dos mujeres han logrado vivir solo con el apoyo mutuo.
La madre y la hija no han podido salir de su hogar durante períodos prolongados, que van desde uno hasta cuatro años (!), debido a la falta de un vehículo. Esto les ha hecho sentir aisladas y confinadas, lo que ha tenido un impacto negativo en su bienestar físico y emocional.
Para llevar un poco de alegría y felicidad a sus vidas, decidimos iniciar esta campaña de crowdfunding. Nuestro objetivo es recaudar suficientes fondos para comprar un vehículo que esté equipado para satisfacer sus diferentes necesidades y brindarles la libertad de finalmente salir de su hogar.
Actividades que todos damos por sentado, como dar un paseo al sol, visitar al médico, compartir una comida con amigos, participar en deportes o seguir una educación universitaria, para ellas no son más que un sueño.
Sin su apoyo, este sueño no puede ser cumplido, y estamos agradecidos por cualquier ayuda que puedan brindar. ¡Su contribución, por pequeña que sea, puede tener un impacto significativo! Al compartir la campaña con otros, podemos llevar esperanza y vida a estas dos mujeres.

The objective of this crowdfunding campaign is to provide two women, who have encountered difficulties in life, with the opportunity to reclaim their freedom.
A mother and daughter, aged 45 and 18 respectively, were left disabled after a tragic car accident.
After undergoing thirteen surgeries and spending 10 months in the hospital, they returned home in wheelchairs with a disability of over 85% each. The mother lost both legs above the knee, while the daughter suffered a spinal cord injury and is now a quadriplegic at the C7 level.
Living in a house that is not designed for individuals with disabilities presents many challenges, but the two women have managed to live with only each other's support.
The mother and daughter have been unable to leave their home for extended periods, ranging from one to four years (!), due to their lack of a vehicle. This has caused them to feel isolated and confined, which has had a negative impact on their physical and emotional well-being.
To bring some joy and happiness into their lives, we decided to start this crowdfunding campaign. Our goal is to raise enough funds to purchase a vehicle that is equipped to accommodate both their different needs and provide them with the freedom to finally leave their home.
Activities that we all may take for granted, such as going for a walk in the sun, visiting the doctor, having a meal with friends, participating in sports, or pursuing a university education, are to them nothing short of a dream.
