Our pet dog Twinkle, fondly called as 'Twinkle Baba', a 11 year old Golden Retriever, is currently receiving treatment at Best Care Animal Hospital, Sri Lanka.

We fell into an infinite pool of financial debt due to the medical expenses of Twinkle Baba when he started having frequent seizures. When no proper medical care was given even at the leading hospitals, we were compelled to send him to a pet boarding in the Southern part of Sri Lanka (initially, we were not aware that he would be sent that far as we had been informed that it was just outside the Colombo city) where he started  receiving treatment for seizures.

Fast forward to now, he has been through a lot, from undergoing two surgeries due to negligence at the boarding to ill-treatment at the hospital-cum-
boarding that he was admitted to later on, we underwent a lot of hardships. However, in-spite of all that, my mom and I continued to support Twinkle Baba's bills with our income.

Of late, we have been struggling to pay for his mounting medical expenses as he came back positive for tick flu from the previous place where he was treated poorly. We did our level best to bring him out of danger and he is recovering at present. 

Unfortunately, due to our financial constraints, we have no way to pay for his continued treatment and care. We do not wish to let him down as he means the world to us, which is why I am making a humble request, seeking some financial assistance to support Twinkle's bills.

As animal lovers, we have been caring for the stray cats and dogs too, since long.

At present, Twinkle Baba's bill is very high. We are being told to settle it immediately. We already have another pet dog, Pixie. This is a situation that we never expected to find ourselves in. This is a genuine and desperate plea to help support the bills of our darling boy Twinkle.
