Total Tanzania Population was 61,741,120 where 59,851,347 (Tanzania mainland) and 1,889,773 (Tanzania Zanzibar)

Men 30,053,130 (48.7%),women 31,687,990 (51.3%)

Shinyanga regions has total of 2,241,299 Population, 1,102,879 (male)and 1,138,420 (female) compared to last census of 2012 which had a total of 1,534,808 population

Shinyanga Municipal has a population of 214,744 peopleas per 2022 Census, Lubagaward 10,101 people

It is estimated that 60% of total population forms the age from 15-60which is a Employable workforce age

According to integrated labourforce survey 2020/21analytical report of Tanzania it showed unemployment rate for youth 15-35 by level of education and sex is

Unemployment rate youth from university 17%, Tertiary non university 14.7%, secondary education 15.4%, primary education 11.6%, Never attended any education 10.3%

This moved me to form a community-based organization named INUKA which will facilitate and equip youth in ICT and graphics design courses so as to reduce the level of unemployment in our area and region at large.
