Malika is my 9-year old daughter who came up with a simple but meaningful idea: to sell lemonade and use the money she raises to support people with Down syndrome and their families.

What started as a small lemonade stand has become a goal that she wants to continue throughout the year. The funds raised through this campaign will help her organize and take part in different activities dedicated to supporting, including, and bringing joy to children and families affected by Down syndrome.

Malika’s goal is not only to raise money, but also to show that even a small action can make a difference. She wants to continue creating activities, little events, and moments of support during the year and turn her lemonade idea into something positive and lasting.
