Hello everyone, we are currently looking for background, to finalize our project of ephemeral restaurant, in Paris. We want to implement this concept in June of this year to prepare for the 2024 Olympic Games.

Indeed, we would like to propose a cuisine that comes from the world in a heavenly setting, with the possibility of enjoying an exceptional place in Paris.

The kitchen will be made in the form of a workshop, to be also a relaxing activity for the guests and marry the cultures of the world, through gastronomy: fusion cuisine.

The idea also of a fusion cuisine, is the fact of finding alternatives to the uses of products that would come from the other side of the world and therefore, palliate with the use of local products, generating a craft economy. It’s a win-win situation.

Today we would like to launch our first workshop in less than a month, but we lack the means to reserve the place because the economic crisis has put us out of budget. Besides, we’re still short on supplies.

For information, the project is based on a book that has just been published by one of the project leaders, which we would also like to translate into various languages.
